To fill your order, Club Store Staff will need you to provide the following information for EACH pass holder in the Special Instructions section at Checkout:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
Tickets are required for anyone age 3 and up.

These eTicket orders are processed Monday - Friday between 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m and 8:00 am to Noon on Saturdays by Club Store Staff.
Orders will not be processed on Sundays or Holidays.
If orders are placed outside of times stated above, your eTickets will be emailed to you on the next business day.
Your eTickets generally will be emailed to you within 2 hours after placing the order online during business hours.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged once order has been processed and tickets have been emailed.
Tickets are not available over the counter at the Club Store; they are exclusively available as eTickets.
The ticket you receive can be taken directly to the entrance. Once redeemed, you will be directed to a Guest Reservations Kiosk to obtain your actual Silver Pass that will need to be activated using the Pass Portal.
These eTickets CANNOT be processed after 4pm Monday to Friday (non-holiday), Saturday after NOON or Sundays and Holidays - please plan accordingly.
