BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER:

Club eTicket orders are generated on demand and cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been placed.

If you do not receive an email with a PDF attachment, please check "DETAILS" of your order found in the "MY ACCOUNT" tab of our website while you are logged in to reprint your ticket(s).

Your eTickets are sent by eTickets@employeesclub.com and may be in your Spam or Junk Mail folders.

After receiving your eTickets from eTickets@employeesclub.com, go to Cinemark.com and select the movie, show time, and theater of your choice. Make sure you select a theater that offers Reserved Seating. Once you select the showtime, select the number of eTickets you wish to redeem, then, proceed to Guest Checkout. Scroll down to the Cinemark Supersaver section to enter your Club eTicket PIN and Ticket Number.

Avoid the lines by reserving your seats on the Cinemark.com website, after you have purchased our discounted eTickets
Submit your receipts for redemption of discount tickets on Cinemark.com website to have your processing fees refunded - email Refunds@employeesclub.com
Not all Cinemark Theatres offer Luxury Lounger seats. Be sure to check your theatre before going, as some seats are closer together.
Some Cinemark locations are less expensive than our discounts due to various factors outside of our control (no new releases; not upgraded theaters) - please check your local theater pricing before purchasing our tickets
