These are General Admission Tickets valid for one entry by those 3 years or older.
Children 2 and under are Free.
These E-ticket orders are processed Monday - Friday between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and 8:00 am to Noon on Saturdays by Club Store Staff.
Orders will not be processed on Sundays or Holidays.
If orders are placed outside of times stated above, your E-tickets will be emailed to you on the next business day.
Your E-tickets generally will be emailed to you within 2 hours after placing the order online during business hours.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged once order has been processed and tickets have been emailed.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
Once you have received eTicket vouchers from Club Staff, visit aquarium.ucsd.edu and desired number of General Admission tickets and enter Certificate Number as method of payment on Birch Aquarium site.
These eTickets CANNOT be processed after 4pm Monday to Friday (non-holiday), Saturday after NOON or Sundays and Holidays - please plan accordingly.
- Birch Aquarium offers 3-hour free parking.
- Additional 3-hour parking is available on Expedition Way from June 1 through September 15.
- Public Transportation Options available via MTS Bus Route 30, and NCTD Bus Route 101
- Scripps Institute of Oceanography (SIO) Shuttle runs Monday to Friday and stops at areas between UC San Diego campus and SIO, excluding university holidays.
- Outside food and drink are allowed.
- Re-entry within same day with hand stamp.
