Black Tickets are subject to surcharge for 3D, premium large screen format (IMAX, Dolby, AMC Prime) alternative content, dine-in theatres, special theatrical presentations, and premium services; location surcharges may also apply at select theatre locations including Disney and Universal properties operated by AMC. These surcharges are NOT covered by the Club's Fees Back Program.
Only online convenience fees for redeeming tickets in advance on AMC app or website to select seats in advance are covered by the Club's Fees Back Program..

Only the first scan will be accepted.
Print out your eTicket and select your seat at the theater box office or redeem through the AMC mobile app or amctheatres.com to reserve your showtime and seats.

Your tickets are sent by eTickets@emloyeesclub.com and may be in your spam or Junk Mail folders.
If you do not receive and email with a PDF attachment please check "DETAILS" of your order found in the "MY ACCOUNT" tab of our website while you're logged in to reprint your ticket(s).
Tickets cannot be sent to multiple email addresses and are automatically sent to account's registered email address unless a different email address is entered at checkout.
